Boule / Boccia
Warm spring days or balmy summer evenings are the perfect time to spend time together outdoors. How about a game of boules?
In boules, two players or teams compete against each other with the goal of throwing their ball (boule) as close as possible to the target ball, known as the “jack.”
The boules court behind Hof Kleiberg is a gravel surface that’s perfect for playing boules and is free to use.
Every Friday, a local group meets at 7:00 p.m. to play boules.
Guests (whether beginners or advanced players) are always welcome.
There are additional boules courts in Conneforde at the Ferienpark am Bernsteinsee and in Metjendorf on the village square.
Tip: A set of boules can be borrowed free of charge at the Wiefelstede Tourist Information Office (Kirchstr. 1) or across from Hof Kleiberg at Renkens Bauerndiele.
