The 75 kilometer long bike tour (RTF) of the Velo Westerstede cycling club begins in the city center of Westerstede. From here it goes first towards Großsander. Then follows a long, very scenic stretch along the NSG Stapeler Moor to just before Neuchâtel. From there it goes through the Frisian Wehde towards Altjührden. Via Conneforde (climbing park, swimming lake) it goes back to Westerstede via Eggeloge.
