The 4th stage takes you from Westerstede to Bad Zwischenahn. You hike through the green Ammerland between the towns of Westerstede and Bad Zwischenahn. You walk past fields and meadows, through green villages and small forests. At the end of the stage, you walk past the "Park der Gärten" directly to the Zwischenahner Meer.

The 4th stage starts in Westerstede "Am Markt". You walk past the camping and parking place Westerstede and the tower of a Rhodo-Queen. At the historic Gießelhorster Kirchweg you will find the observation tower "Rhodo-Queen" in a typical commercial forest with many older rhododendrons that have grown up to 10 meters high. A special feature is the mirror construction of the roof, which directs the beauty of the rhododendron splendor into the tower and makes it experienceable beyond the horizon. You continue your hike and walk through the village of Gießelhorst and pass small forests and the green Ammerland. You come past the aeroclub Oldenburg-Bad Zwischenahn, where you can watch motor gliders flying. You walk past the "Park der Gärten in Bad Zwischenahn", which is a large park area with more than 9,000 plant species in 40 show gardens. It’s worth visiting! Now you hike directly to the Zwischenahner Meer. You walk past the bathing park (outdoor pool), directly along the Zwischenahner Meer further to the mill open-air museum Bad Zwischenahn. Here your stage ends, and you can explore Bad Zwischenahn. Not far from the mill, the colleagues of the tourist information are available to assist you.
