It is a public place and is therefore free of charge.
On the A29, take exit 12 towards Rastede and turn right onto Raiffeisenstraße (signs towards Wiefelstede). Continue on Rastederstraße and take the fourth street on the right onto Hülsenweg. At the end of the street, turn right onto Wemkenstrasse. After about 1KM turn left onto Wemkendorfer Weg. The destination is right on the corner.
Some time ago, the Ammerland Art Trail launched the "Forgotten Places" project. As here e.g. a concrete stele is then to be seen, which is supposed to remind of the barrow so that it does not fall into oblivion.
